DIRECTIONS:

From Dallas; Take I-45 South to Exit 229 (Palestine/Hwy 287 South), after the bridge go 2.2 miles and make a right on the 1st paved road county road 3300.  Then drive 1 mile and take a left at the T in the road then go about 800 feet turn right into Pelican Isle.
